The acquisition of The BSS Group plc ("BSS") by Travis Perkins plc ("TP") was completed on [14 ] December 2010. BSS was delisted from the London Stock Exchange and re-registered as a private limited company on that date and is no longer subject to the regulations of a public limited company.
