Our central purchasing teams work closely with leading manufacturers, so that we can offer our customers the latest product innovations and the best range of market leading brands at competitive prices. We are committed to providing our customers with outstanding promotions which are run throughout the year. With five Regional Distribution Centres, PTS are able to offer an unrivalled local level of service backed up by a national support network. At local level the branches provide a fast and efficient delivery service either direct to the site where the equipment is to be installed or to the customer's business premises. Most everyday plumbing and heating products are available direct from the local branch or can be ordered for next day delivery.

Merchant heating, plumbing and sanitaryware is supplied through F & P Wholesale which has 10 branches providing nationwide coverage. The needs of independent plumbers' merchants and appliance outlets are serviced through daily deliveries, competitive pricing and F & P's exclusive Pro brands. Within each branch there is a team of knowledgeable staff ready to assist customers with order and product queries. The product ranges held at each branch have been tailored to meet local requirements.
