The BSS Group PLC ('BSS') today announces the retirement of Terry Stockley with immediate effect. Mr Stockley joined the Board in May 2000. Roy Harrison who was appointed to the Board in January 2004 as a Non-Executive Director, will become Senior Independent Director.
