Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, The BSS Group plc (the "Group") would like to notify the market that the Group's capital consists of 124,353,919 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
The Group holds no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group is 124,353,919 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The BSS Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
