You will be responsible for running an established branch, supporting and motivating your staff, whilst taking every opportunity to build upon profitability.  This will involve maintaining existing business, generating new opportunities, managing running costs and developing a mix of products.  To succeed, you must have excellent knowledge of the industry and associated products, together with proven management and team building ability.
