Trade Counter Supervisor – Reading

We are looking for a team player who is able to think on his feet and able to react to customers' needs be commercially aware. Have very good communication skill to develop our fast expanding counter business.  The position requires the ability to maintain and develop our trade collect business and build on our reputation and improve standards through Strong leadership, whilst developing new relationships driving sales and profit, and developing our new venture into the boiler spares market helping this grow to through service. A thorough knowledge of plumbing and heating is essential.
